At Uruni, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information to help customers understand how and when their orders will be delivered.
We currently ship within the continental US only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
Orders are delivered through our third-party logistics network.
Depending on the destination and shipping arrangement, carriers may include DHL, UPS, USPS or equivalent logistics providers.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is generally 3–6 business days.
Most cases of delays will be caused by holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order.
If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
